If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency Men’s Health & Testosterone care, including related costs such as medical tests, equipment, and other associated fees.

We will provide a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your scheduled service or item, and you can also request one before you schedule care.
