I'm not gonna lie, when I first came to Mosaic Medicine, I was tired and exhausted from some of the battles of life and personal setbacks I had been going through. But I can't even begin to say how amazing this place has been for me. They completely helped me transform my life and get things going again better than ever. Mentally and physically, I feel stronger, have more endurance, more energy, and just feel better getting through each day. They really took the time to analyze my labs, explain everything to me, talk with me extensively about what was going on, and help get me back on track. Now, two years later, I can honestly say I've never felt better. I can't thank Dr. Corey and his staff enough. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful. they even put up with me on the days when I may have been a little grouchy! They are Awesome! If you're thinking about going, don't hesitate. Go see them and check it out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.Posted on Google![]()

I work 45-55 a week on average and have very limited time. Mosaic worked around my schedule for the initial consultation and even more so after the fact. Cory truly cares and helped me out when I was in a situation. If you’re even reading this review or the many others, look no further. The professionalism and quality of care is far superior to anything I’ve experienced previously.Posted on Google![]()

I can honestly say that Mosaic Medicine is the best of the best. After my hysterectomy I was miserable. My corporate medicine doctors gave me multiple different pills and creams that never worked and then nothing. I was miserable and just couldn’t accept that this was going to be my new life reality. I did a couple consults with a few places and once I met Cory and his amazing team I was in. The office is clean. The customer service is top notch. This is patient centered personal care. Labs are done in house and your labs go into the portal AND you get a Tele-Health appointment to go over your labs. You are never rushed. When you are there it’s like you are their only patient. Your plan of care is a 2 way discussion, meaning you have a say in what your plan of care will be. My life today is 100% better than it was. Joining the Mosaic medicine family was the best decision I have ever made. I wish I would have done it sooner. They look at your health from every angle and develop a comprehensive plan for the new you. They see the potential in your health status and take you there. Thank you Cory and the entire mosaic team for being amazing from the moment you walk in the door. If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would. The bed side treatment is the best I have witnessed and experienced. Keep setting the bar high!!Posted on Google![]()

Mosaic Medicine is at the top of my list! The medical offices are clean and the area where you receive the IV is set up nicely with accommodating features including calm lighting ambiance and a TV whilst the infusion runs it's course. The Mosaic team is warm, welcoming and kind. I found the medical staff to be swift and efficient with the entire IV process, happy to answer any questions along the way. I am very pleased with my previous experiences here and look forward to my next appointment.Posted on Google![]()

I have been seeing Dr. Cory for several years now and it has always been a good experience. I appreciate the time he takes to discuss your current health to determine if medication is necessary or if simple lifestyle changes can address the issue. All of his staff members deserve 5 stars as well. They all are so welcoming, friendly and have great bedside manner.Posted on Google![]()

My experience with Cory and his team has been incredible. First for a long time I had time to talk, to explain my situation and to set my goals. Cory takes the time to understand and to find the good solution. The blood test helped to confirm everything. I have lost 16 pounds and feel so much better. I am on the right path and I feel really in good hands
One provider, three hundred people
Both fields below are the same size. The difference is how many people are in them, and therefore how much of an hour is left for you.
The most patients a Mosaic Medicine direct primary care provider ever manages.
What insurance-based healthcare requires the average primary care provider to manage.
Both figures are the clinic’s own published numbers. A first weight loss visit here is 60 minutes, against the 7 to 15 minutes most people are used to. That time matters, because the first visit is spent finding out why the weight is there, not writing a prescription and moving on.
What it costs, and how it works
Two prices, stated up front, and no membership required. Your evaluation, your follow-ups and your provider’s direct line are part of the same relationship, run by the same direct primary care team that treats the rest of your health.
The consult
$99waived if you start the same day
Your first weight loss visit is a $99 consult. If you and your provider decide to start treatment that day, the consult fee is waived.
Treatment
$399tirzepatide, the first month
$499each month after that
One monthly price covers:
- Your intake and follow-up visits
- The medication and supplies
- Your lab draw, and discounted labs
- Messaging with your provider and nurse
No membership is required. Tirzepatide bundles of 3, 6 and 12 months are discounted, and Executive direct primary care patients save 20% on medical weight loss treatment.
First visit
A 60 minute evaluation with history, exam and metabolic labs
A medical history, a physical exam and metabolic labs. Hormone testing and further metabolic testing can be added. Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking, since some of them affect weight.
After you book
The office confirms your appointment
Booking runs through the form above or by phone at (941) 777-5665.
Labs
Discounted labs, or use your insurance
Self-pay labs are discounted for weight loss patients. If you have health insurance, you can use it to cover your lab work instead. Results come back to the provider who ordered them, and you review them together.
Ongoing
Direct access between visits
Message, call or telehealth directly with your provider, message the nurse between visits, and get your dose adjusted as your labs, weight and side effects change.
Medical weight loss in Bradenton
Weight is not a willpower test.
At Mosaic Medicine in Bradenton, FL, our Medical Weight Loss program treats excess weight as a chronic medical condition, and gives it the same thoughtful, personalized approach we bring to any other health concern. That means looking past “eat less and move more” to what is actually happening in your body.
Numerous biological, hormonal, genetic and environmental factors influence how your body regulates weight. So before anything is prescribed, we look for the underlying conditions that quietly work against every diet you have tried. The program is run by the team behind our direct primary care in Bradenton, so the provider who reads your labs is the same one you message when the plan needs to change.
If you have spent years being told to try harder, this is a different starting point. Weight gain that has a medical cause needs a medical answer, and the evaluation is how we find it.
What we look for first
- Thyroid functionA slow thyroid slows metabolism. Checked before and during treatment. Read more on thyroid problems and weight gain.
- Hormonal imbalancesTestosterone, estrogen and cortisol all affect where weight sits. Hormone testing can be added.
- Insulin resistanceHow your body handles blood sugar. A1C is checked before and during treatment.
- Cardiovascular factorsBlood pressure and cholesterol.
- Kidney and liver functionBoth checked before and during treatment.
- Adrenal conditionsStress hormones and cravings.
- Metabolic disordersConditions that change how you burn energy.
- Sleep disturbancesPoor sleep drives appetite and weight.
- Medication side effectsSome prescriptions add pounds.
When weight is a medical question
Many people spend years blaming themselves for weight that has a medical driver. If these sound familiar, it is worth a proper look, especially if a previous doctor told you to just eat less.
- Diet after diet, and back where you started
- Pounds that keep creeping up with no change in how you eat
- Weight settling around the middle
- Constant fatigue
- Cravings that feel impossible to ignore
- Poor sleep or waking tired
- Blood sugar or blood pressure flagged at a checkup
- A plateau nothing seems to break
- Weight gain after starting a new medication
- Changes that arrived with menopause or low testosterone
A list of signs is not a diagnosis. Labs, history and an exam are. Bring the ones you recognize to your evaluation.
The regain, drawn to scale
Weight loss medication can move the scale. What happens after it stops is the part most programs do not plan for. One tile below is one percent of body weight.
Both groups took tirzepatide for 36 weeks. Then one group kept taking it and the other was switched to placebo for a year. Body weight at week 88:
In the year after stopping:
A similar pattern has been reported with semaglutide, another weight loss medication: when it stops, much of the weight tends to return. Obesity behaves like a chronic condition, and a plan needs to be built that way. That is why a maintenance plan is part of our program from the first visit, and your provider and your direct line stay the same once the medication changes. Where hormones are part of the picture, the same team runs male hormone optimization in Bradenton and female hormone optimization alongside weight care.
The Mosaic Medicine approach
We start with a thorough evaluation, build a plan around what we find, adjust it as your body responds, and plan for maintenance from day one.
-
First visit
A full evaluation
A 60 minute visit with your medical history, a physical exam and metabolic labs. Hormone testing and further metabolic testing can be added, so the plan is built on your numbers rather than a template.

Results review
Personalized treatment plan
Your plan is built from your results, not a printed handout. Where it is appropriate, it may include semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine or bupropion/naltrexone. Medications are custom compounded so your dose can be set for you. The plan also covers nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep, and if you want extra support from a personal trainer or dietitian, Mosaic Medicine has partners it trusts. You are part of the decision on every treatment.

In treatment
Ongoing adjustments
Before a medication starts, your provider explains the side effects and what monitoring looks like, then adjusts the dose over time. Kidney, liver and thyroid function and A1C are checked before and during treatment. Hormone, thyroid or IV nutrition therapy in Bradenton support is available to help your metabolism while you lose weight.

Ongoing
Long-term support and maintenance
A maintenance plan is part of the program from your first visit, with guidance aimed at holding your results, reducing reliance on medication and preventing regain.
Why the cause matters more than the number
Weight rarely has one cause, so the program addresses nutrition, movement, stress and sleep together, with medical treatment where it is needed.
Weight and hormones pull on each other. Low testosterone can add body fat, the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause change where weight settles, and cortisol from chronic stress feeds cravings. An evaluation that only weighs you misses all of it. Ours looks at the whole picture.
For the longer version of why diets on their own stall, read why traditional diets fail and how medical weight loss succeeds.
A chronic condition, not a personal failing
Obesity is a chronic medical condition, not a personal failing. A fast drop that reverses within a year helps nobody, so the goal is the tools, knowledge and support to keep a healthier weight for life, with a provider who knows your history every time you reach out.
Who you will see
Two providers see weight loss patients. Whoever orders your labs reads them with you.

Questions patients ask before booking
The answers the clinic gives most often, before a first weight loss evaluation.
A 60 minute visit with a medical history, a physical exam and metabolic labs. Hormone testing and further metabolic testing can be added. Bring a list of any medications you currently take.
Semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine and bupropion/naltrexone, where your evaluation shows one is appropriate. Medications are custom compounded, so your dose can be set for you. Your provider explains the side effects and what monitoring looks like before you start, and adjusts the dose over time. Medication is one part of the plan, never the whole of it.
Because the reason for the weight changes the plan. A slow thyroid, a hormone imbalance, poor sleep or another prescription can all add weight, and some of those need their own treatment alongside any weight loss medication. Labs also give your provider a starting point for kidney, liver and thyroid function and A1C, which are checked again during treatment.
In the SURMOUNT-4 trial, adults who stopped tirzepatide after 36 weeks regained 14.8% of their body weight over the following year, while those who kept taking it continued to lose. That is why a maintenance plan is part of our program from the first visit: nutrition, strength, sleep and stress habits you can keep, with your provider still a message away once the medication changes.
No. The medical weight loss program does not require a membership. If you are already an Executive direct primary care patient, you save 20% on medical weight loss treatment.
No. Mosaic Medicine is a direct primary care and integrative medicine practice. Medical weight loss is one program inside that care, run by the same providers who handle your labs, your other health conditions and any hormone treatment. If you are comparing weight loss clinics in Bradenton, ask who reviews your labs, what the fee includes and what costs extra, who you contact about side effects, and what happens after the medication ends.
Yes. The same team runs male and female hormone optimization, so when low testosterone or menopause is part of why the weight is there, both are treated in one plan.
If you need that extra support, Mosaic Medicine has personal trainer and dietitian partners it trusts to help patients reach their goals.
The first visit is a $99 consult, and that fee is waived if you start treatment the same day. Tirzepatide is $399 for the first month and $499 each month after, which covers your visits, the medication, supplies, your lab draw, discounted labs and messaging with your provider and nurse. Bundles of 3, 6 and 12 months are discounted. Self-pay labs are discounted, or you can use your health insurance for lab work.
