‘Cory is not quick to make a lot of changes, which I appreciate because it's hard to gain baselines and discriminate what is working and what is not.’
‘Cory was the fifth provider I had gone to. The first four either couldn't help or wanted to pump every medication they could into me.’

I'm not gonna lie, when I first came to Mosaic Medicine, I was tired and exhausted from some of the battles of life and personal setbacks I had been going through. But I can't even begin to say how amazing this place has been for me. They completely helped me transform my life and get things going again better than ever. Mentally and physically, I feel stronger, have more endurance, more energy, and just feel better getting through each day. They really took the time to analyze my labs, explain everything to me, talk with me extensively about what was going on, and help get me back on track. Now, two years later, I can honestly say I've never felt better. I can't thank Dr. Corey and his staff enough. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful. they even put up with me on the days when I may have been a little grouchy! They are Awesome! If you're thinking about going, don't hesitate. Go see them and check it out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.Posted on Google![]()

I work 45-55 a week on average and have very limited time. Mosaic worked around my schedule for the initial consultation and even more so after the fact. Cory truly cares and helped me out when I was in a situation. If you’re even reading this review or the many others, look no further. The professionalism and quality of care is far superior to anything I’ve experienced previously.Posted on Google![]()

I can honestly say that Mosaic Medicine is the best of the best. After my hysterectomy I was miserable. My corporate medicine doctors gave me multiple different pills and creams that never worked and then nothing. I was miserable and just couldn’t accept that this was going to be my new life reality. I did a couple consults with a few places and once I met Cory and his amazing team I was in. The office is clean. The customer service is top notch. This is patient centered personal care. Labs are done in house and your labs go into the portal AND you get a Tele-Health appointment to go over your labs. You are never rushed. When you are there it’s like you are their only patient. Your plan of care is a 2 way discussion, meaning you have a say in what your plan of care will be. My life today is 100% better than it was. Joining the Mosaic medicine family was the best decision I have ever made. I wish I would have done it sooner. They look at your health from every angle and develop a comprehensive plan for the new you. They see the potential in your health status and take you there. Thank you Cory and the entire mosaic team for being amazing from the moment you walk in the door. If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would. The bed side treatment is the best I have witnessed and experienced. Keep setting the bar high!!Posted on Google![]()

Mosaic Medicine is at the top of my list! The medical offices are clean and the area where you receive the IV is set up nicely with accommodating features including calm lighting ambiance and a TV whilst the infusion runs it's course. The Mosaic team is warm, welcoming and kind. I found the medical staff to be swift and efficient with the entire IV process, happy to answer any questions along the way. I am very pleased with my previous experiences here and look forward to my next appointment.Posted on Google![]()

I have been seeing Dr. Cory for several years now and it has always been a good experience. I appreciate the time he takes to discuss your current health to determine if medication is necessary or if simple lifestyle changes can address the issue. All of his staff members deserve 5 stars as well. They all are so welcoming, friendly and have great bedside manner.Posted on Google![]()

My experience with Cory and his team has been incredible. First for a long time I had time to talk, to explain my situation and to set my goals. Cory takes the time to understand and to find the good solution. The blood test helped to confirm everything. I have lost 16 pounds and feel so much better. I am on the right path and I feel really in good hands
What causes ED
An erection depends on blood flow, nerves and hormones working together. When one of them slips, so does the erection. The usual causes we find in men in Bradenton:
- Blood flow, the most common cause
- Low testosterone
- Diabetes and prediabetes
- Blood pressure and cholesterol
- Side effects of medications
- Prostate surgery or pelvic radiation
- Poor sleep
- Alcohol and smoking
- Stress
The arteries in the penis are small, so narrowing often shows up there first. That means ED can show up before heart trouble does, which is a reason to get it looked at properly rather than ordering pills online.
How we find the cause
You won’t fill out a questionnaire and get a prescription in the mail. If the cause is something like blood sugar or a medication side effect, fixing that comes first.
-
1. History
When it started, whether it's every time or some of the time, your medications, sleep, drinking and stress.
-
2. An exam
In person, in a private room at the clinic on SR 64.
-
3. Labs
Testosterone (two early morning draws if the first is low), blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid and a blood count.
-
4. Your plan
Gone through with you by the provider who ordered the labs.
Treatment options
Shockwave therapy (GAINSWave)
Low-intensity sound waves delivered in a series of short office sessions, aimed at ED caused by poor blood flow. No medication and no downtime. It doesn’t work for everyone, so we’ll tell you whether your history makes you a good candidate before you book. A course is usually 6 to 12 sessions of 15 to 30 minutes each. Your provider goes over the cost at your evaluation. GAINSWave in Bradenton
Testosterone therapy, when it's actually low
If your testosterone is low on two morning blood tests, treating it can bring back drive and help erections. If it’s normal, adding more won’t fix ED. Testosterone therapy also lowers sperm production, so tell us if you want children. TRT in Bradenton
Medication
Daily or as-needed tablets such as sildenafil and tadalafil work for many men, and they can be used alongside shockwave and lifestyle changes. Your provider checks your heart history and current medications first, because some combinations aren’t safe, especially with nitrates for chest pain.
The things that move everything else
Sleep, weight, alcohol, smoking and blood sugar. They’re in every plan, because they affect erections whether or not you’re on treatment.

ED questions men in Bradenton ask
The first visit is $99 and takes 30 to 60 minutes. Labs go through your insurance, or they’re $150 self-pay. What treatment costs after that depends on what’s causing it, and your provider goes over the price with you before you start anything. More on what ED treatment costs in Bradenton.
Start with someone who’ll test for the cause. A primary care or men’s health provider can take your history, examine you and run labs, and that’s where most men should start. At Mosaic you’ll see Cory Lucas, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner with more than 15 years in primary care and emergency medicine.
The one that matches the cause. Tablets work fastest for many men, shockwave (GAINSWave) targets ED caused by poor blood flow, and testosterone only helps if yours is actually low. More on which ED treatment fits which cause.
Poor blood flow is the most common, followed by blood sugar, blood pressure, low testosterone and medication side effects. Sleep, drinking, smoking and stress play a part too.
It gets more common with age, but age on its own is rarely the whole story. Blood flow, blood sugar, testosterone and medications usually play a part, and most of those can be tested and treated.
It can contribute, mostly by lowering drive. Many men with ED have normal testosterone, which is why we test before treating. More on whether TRT is right for you, or start with the low testosterone quiz.
It works best for ED caused by poor blood flow, and results vary from man to man. We’ll look at your history first and tell you honestly whether it’s worth trying. What patients ask about GAINSWave.
Sleep, exercise, weight, drinking and smoking all affect erections, and fixing them helps whether or not you’re on treatment. Our post on improving erectile performance naturally covers the basics.
It can be, but you skip the part where someone checks why it’s happening. ED is sometimes the first sign of a blood flow or blood sugar problem, and some tablets aren’t safe with heart medications like nitrates.
