I'm not gonna lie, when I first came to Mosaic Medicine, I was tired and exhausted from some of the battles of life and personal setbacks I had been going through. But I can't even begin to say how amazing this place has been for me. They completely helped me transform my life and get things going again better than ever. Mentally and physically, I feel stronger, have more endurance, more energy, and just feel better getting through each day. They really took the time to analyze my labs, explain everything to me, talk with me extensively about what was going on, and help get me back on track. Now, two years later, I can honestly say I've never felt better. I can't thank Dr. Corey and his staff enough. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful. they even put up with me on the days when I may have been a little grouchy! They are Awesome! If you're thinking about going, don't hesitate. Go see them and check it out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.Posted on Google![]()

I work 45-55 a week on average and have very limited time. Mosaic worked around my schedule for the initial consultation and even more so after the fact. Cory truly cares and helped me out when I was in a situation. If you’re even reading this review or the many others, look no further. The professionalism and quality of care is far superior to anything I’ve experienced previously.Posted on Google![]()

I can honestly say that Mosaic Medicine is the best of the best. After my hysterectomy I was miserable. My corporate medicine doctors gave me multiple different pills and creams that never worked and then nothing. I was miserable and just couldn’t accept that this was going to be my new life reality. I did a couple consults with a few places and once I met Cory and his amazing team I was in. The office is clean. The customer service is top notch. This is patient centered personal care. Labs are done in house and your labs go into the portal AND you get a Tele-Health appointment to go over your labs. You are never rushed. When you are there it’s like you are their only patient. Your plan of care is a 2 way discussion, meaning you have a say in what your plan of care will be. My life today is 100% better than it was. Joining the Mosaic medicine family was the best decision I have ever made. I wish I would have done it sooner. They look at your health from every angle and develop a comprehensive plan for the new you. They see the potential in your health status and take you there. Thank you Cory and the entire mosaic team for being amazing from the moment you walk in the door. If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would. The bed side treatment is the best I have witnessed and experienced. Keep setting the bar high!!Posted on Google![]()

Mosaic Medicine is at the top of my list! The medical offices are clean and the area where you receive the IV is set up nicely with accommodating features including calm lighting ambiance and a TV whilst the infusion runs it's course. The Mosaic team is warm, welcoming and kind. I found the medical staff to be swift and efficient with the entire IV process, happy to answer any questions along the way. I am very pleased with my previous experiences here and look forward to my next appointment.Posted on Google![]()

I have been seeing Dr. Cory for several years now and it has always been a good experience. I appreciate the time he takes to discuss your current health to determine if medication is necessary or if simple lifestyle changes can address the issue. All of his staff members deserve 5 stars as well. They all are so welcoming, friendly and have great bedside manner.Posted on Google![]()

My experience with Cory and his team has been incredible. First for a long time I had time to talk, to explain my situation and to set my goals. Cory takes the time to understand and to find the good solution. The blood test helped to confirm everything. I have lost 16 pounds and feel so much better. I am on the right path and I feel really in good hands
One provider, three hundred people
Both fields below are the same size. The difference is how many people are in them, and therefore how much of an hour is left for you.
The most patients a Mosaic Medicine direct primary care provider ever manages.
What insurance-based healthcare requires the average primary care provider to manage.
Both figures are the clinic’s own published numbers. The visit that follows from them is 30 to 60 minutes here, against the 7 to 15 minutes most men are used to.
What it costs, and how it works
Two prices, stated up front: a $99 consult, then $175 a month for testosterone replacement therapy, all inclusive. Your follow-ups and your provider’s direct line are part of the same relationship.
The price
A $99 consult, then $175 a month
Your first visit is a $99 consult with the provider who will manage your care. Ongoing men’s TRT is $175 a month, all inclusive.
First visit
A 30 to 60 minute evaluation with history, exam and labs
The consult is $99. A detailed medical history, a physical exam and lab work covering testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, adrenal, metabolic and cardiovascular markers. Bring a list of any medications and supplements you are currently taking.
After you book

Labs
Lab work, and who reads it
Results come back to the provider who ordered them, and you go through them together.
Ongoing
Direct access between visits
Message, call or telehealth with your provider, with same-day and next-day availability for urgent concerns, and dose changes as your labs and symptoms change.
Male hormone optimization in Bradenton
Low testosterone is diagnosed from blood tests, so the testing comes before any prescription.
At Mosaic Medicine in Bradenton, FL, Male Hormone Optimization is our testosterone therapy for men, and it starts with the question most clinics skip: why are your levels low? Weight, sleep, alcohol, medications, thyroid problems and chronic illness can all pull testosterone down. Some of those are fixed without a prescription. When testosterone replacement therapy is the right call, we prescribe it, dose it to your labs and keep checking.
Many men arrive after being told their symptoms are just age. Some have been to a clinic that started injections after one blood test. We do neither. Andropause, the gradual drop in testosterone many men feel from their 40s on, is real, and it is also something to confirm with labs rather than assume. The program is run by the team behind our direct primary care in Bradenton, so the provider who orders your labs is the one you message about them.
The hormones behind the symptoms
- Testosteronedrive, energy, muscle, mood
- Estrogenbalance with testosterone
- Thyroid hormonesmetabolism, energy
- Cortisolstress, adrenal function
- Growth hormonerecovery, body composition
- Insulinmetabolic health
- Vitamin Dbone, immune, mood
Recognizing hormonal imbalance
Most men do not come in saying “I think my testosterone is low.” They come in because they are tired by mid-afternoon, the gym stopped paying off, or they have lost interest in things they used to want. If previous doctors put it down to age, it is still worth a lab test. Read more on low testosterone’s impact on mood and motivation.
- Persistent fatigue
- Low sex drive
- Weaker erections
- Reduced stamina
- Loss of muscle
- Increased body fat
- Difficulty concentrating
- Mood changes
- Reduced motivation
- Poor sleep
A list of symptoms is not a diagnosis. Labs, history and an exam are. Bring the ones you recognize to your evaluation.
The decline, drawn to scale
In the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, men aged 40 to 70 were tested and then retested 7 to 10 years later. Their total testosterone fell by about 1.6% a year.
The same study found two things that matter more than the average. Bioavailable testosterone, the share your body can actually use, fell faster, at 2 to 3% a year. And men in good health (no chronic illness, no obesity, no heavy drinking, no prescription medication) had androgen levels 10 to 15% higher. So age explains some of the drop, and general health explains some of it too. Where weight is part of the picture, the same team runs medical weight loss in Bradenton alongside hormone care.
The Mosaic Medicine approach
Four steps, in order. Nobody starts testosterone before the first two are done.
- First visit
A full evaluation
History, exam and lab work. Low testosterone is confirmed on two early-morning blood tests on separate days, and we look for what is driving it before treating it.
- Results review
Your treatment plan
You go through your results with the provider who ordered them. The plan may include testosterone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy for men, thyroid treatment, or changes to sleep, weight and training first.
- Alongside treatment
Support that makes it work
Nutrition, training, sleep and stress, plus IV nutrition therapy in Bradenton where it helps. Sleep, weight and training all affect testosterone levels, so they stay part of the plan.
- Ongoing
Monitoring and dose changes
Follow-up labs to check your levels, blood count and other markers, symptom check-ins, and dose adjustments, with direct access to your provider between visits.
What treatment can change
Testosterone does not act alone, which is why the plan covers more than a prescription.
Sleep, weight, training and stress all move testosterone, so the plan covers them alongside any prescription. More on the exercise and testosterone connection and ways to raise testosterone naturally.
Men whose low testosterone is confirmed and treated often report more energy, better focus, steadier mood, more interest in sex and better results from training. Some also notice changes in erections. Read what the clinic has written on improving erectile performance and men’s health after 40.
Not right for every man. Testosterone therapy lowers sperm production. If you are trying to conceive now, or want children later, say so at your first visit: that changes the plan, and for men trying to conceive, testosterone therapy is off the table. Your provider also reviews prostate and heart history, and your blood count, before recommending treatment and while you are on it.
Who you will see
The founder runs the program. The same provider who orders your labs reads them with you.

Questions men ask before booking
The answers the clinic gives most often, before a first evaluation.
A 30 to 60 minute visit with a detailed history, a physical exam and lab work. The consult is $99. Bring a list of any medications and supplements you take.
From blood tests, not a questionnaire. The American Urological Association uses a total testosterone below 300 ng/dL as the cut-off, measured twice, early in the morning, on separate days. Symptoms and history count too. One borderline result is a reason to retest, not to start treatment.
No. Estrogen, thyroid hormones, cortisol, insulin and vitamin D all affect how you feel, and some of them explain symptoms that look like low testosterone.
It depends on your labs. It may be testosterone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy for men, thyroid treatment, or fixing sleep, weight and training first.
It can. Testosterone therapy lowers sperm production, so it is not prescribed to men trying to conceive. If you want children now or later, tell your provider at the first visit.
Partly, maybe. Testosterone does fall with age, about 1.6% a year on average in the Massachusetts Male Aging Study. The same study also found that men in good health had androgen levels 10 to 15% higher at the same age. So age is only part of the answer, and a lab test tells you more than a guess.
